State-run operator BSNL on 3 July 2015 launched a pre-paid card linked mobile wallet service in partnership with which IT company,  which would allow its customers to transfer money, pay for services as well as withdraw cash of up to Rs 1 lakh?: Pyro

Explanation:  The money loaded in the mobile wallet can be transferred to a bank account and even withdrawn at bank branches or at BSNL outlets. The wallet service, Speed Pay, allows a customer to load money even if he does not have a bank account. Pyro has partnered with money transfer technology firm Visa which enables Speed Pay card holder to purchase goods both offline and online, like a debit card, where Visa based transactions are accepted. Aspe r Pyro, there will be 1%  transaction charge if money from wallet is transferred by a person to other bank accounts or a there is cash withdrawal. There are no other charges for other services. Daily cash withdrawal limit is Rs 5,000 and for full Know Your Customer compliant person it is Rs 1 lakh. BSNL Speed Pay card service will be available in Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu by the end of September 2015. BSNL also launched entertainment service BSNL Buzz in partnership with Celltick. Under this service, BSNL customer using the feature on smartphone can subscribe to various contents like news, jokes, contest etc for Rs 10 per month. The service also deliver location based information services in seven languages-- Hindi, English, Bengali, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and Telugu.

The board of Housing.com has fired which co-Founder as CEO on 1 July 2015, bringing to an end a tumultuous relationship at one of India's most-watched startups?: Co-Founder Rahul Yadav

Explanation: In a board meeting on 1 July 2015 at Housing.com's headquarters in Mumbai, the company cited his "behavior towards investors, partners and the media" as the reasons for his fired. Rahul Yadav was IIT dropout student who has started the real estate business with college mates in 2012. Housing.com was valued at Rs 1,500 crore during its last round of funding in November 2014. Earlier his name came to limelight, when he distributed his company’s entire share to the employees of the housing.com, retaining approx. no shares with him. It is worth to mention that Rahul was on probation from the last time he resigned, and when he didn't meet targets set by the investors, he was asked to leave," said an investor in the company.

Explanation: With operations in 20 countries, Bharti Airtel, which is present in India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Africa, has "become the third largest mobile operator in the world with 303 million subscriber". China Mobile, according to WCIS, is the top mobile operator in the world with 626.27 million subscribers. Vodafone Group of UK ranks second with 403.08 million subscribers while China Unicom is ranked fourth with 299.09 million subscribers, followed by America Movil with 274.14 million users. In Africa, Bharti Airtel is the largest mobile operator in terms of geographical footprint. It offers 2G, 3G services and Airtel Money across all 17 countries in Africa.

Flipkart has become the 1st ecommerce company to rolled out new HR Policy and several other incentives in regards to attract and retain women employees, especially those who are on maternity leave.  An extended maternity leave of 24 weeks plus four months of flexi-working hours with full pay, and if needed, one-year career break without pay is sanctioned. However current statutory requirement for maternity leave is of how many weeks?: 12 weeks

Explanation: Flipkart became the first e-commerce player to roll out such incentives that go beyond the statutory requirement, thus now Flipkart has joined a growing list of progressive brick-and-mortar companies that seek to make the workplace more attractive for women. A number of traditional brick-and-mortar companies like Vodafone and Accenture recently announced enhanced maternity benefits, taking the quantum of leave beyond the statutory requirement. However, only some companies like HCL Technologies, Godrej and Hindustan Unilever (HUL) offer 180 days (over 24 weeks) of maternity leave benefit to all employees. Explanation:  Accenture ended the quarter with a global headcount of about 336,000 people, and they now have approximately 237,000 people in their global delivery network. As per company- Accenture, they expect that approximately 95,000 people will join in fiscal 2015 while TCS, India's largest IT services company, last reported that it had 319,656 employees on its rolls. The company is also expected to hire about 60,000 employees in its current financial year.

Explanation: China previously had only two private banks, Minsheng and Ping An. Its state-run banks have been seen as reluctant to lend to small and medium-sized enterprises. The name of the online bank is MYBank. MYbank is launched with Ant Financial Services Group to provide this service in which Alibaba have 30-percent share. Other major shareholders in MYbank include units of privately-owned conglomerate Fosun with 25 percent, auto parts maker Wanxiang Group with 18 percent and investment firm Yintai with 16 percent. The bank will offer loans of up to 5 million yuan ($800,000). The bank, based in the city of Hangzhou where Alibaba is headquartered, added it will serve "small businesses, individual consumers and rural users
