In a March 2015 report by the Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development, the U.S. was ranked 28th among 76 countries for school performance. The OECD report ranked countries based on 15-year-old students’ average scores in math and science.

It was Paes' eighth mixed doubles title and second with Hingis. They had won the Australian Open early this year. 
-    Martina Hingis and Sania Mirza win Wimbledon women’s doubles final. This was the Sania Mirza's first-ever women's doubles Grand Slam title. The pair seal the victory with 5-7 7-6(4) 7-5 win over Russians Ekaterina Makarova and Elena Vesnina.
