Therefore now the demands for grants pertained to the ministries of drinking water and sanitation, health and family welfare, environment, chemicals and fertilizer, home and human resource development. The budgetary exercise for 2015-16 will be completed with the passage of the Finance Bill by parliament. The first phase of the process was completed after parliament passed the vote-on-account in March.

Explanation: These labs would travel in the districts and provide free 37 clinical diagnostics to patients which otherwise costs Rs 3000 to Rs 5000. This service would start in Jhalawar, Churu, Kota, Baran, Sawai Madhopur, Udaipur, Bundi, Chittorgarh, Rajsamand, and Pratapgarh districts. The initiative of the Medical and Health department of the state government is supported by Wish Foundation which will provide a five-day training course related to diagnostic services to five Auxiliary Nurses (ANM) and five male nurses. In a similar line, Country's largest power producer on 27 April 2015 flagged off a mobile science lab as part of its efforts to promote scientific learning and revolutionizing rural in India.

Explanation: Hacker group Anonymous India claimed responsibility for bringing down the website, saying TRAI could not be trusted with anyone's data. The website has since been revived. While there are no such privacy laws in India, the regulator was severely criticized through the day Monday all over social media for disclosing the e-mail IDs of people who had written to it over the ongoing consultation on whether to regulate app providers. Netizens panned the regulator for revealing the e-mail IDs which exposed over a million people to potential spamming and unsolicited marketing e-mails. The Trai website allowed for downloading the entire document with the email IDs.

After 7.9 intensity of earthquake (as recorded by US Geological Survey (USGS)) and a series of aftershocks, at least 1,500 people died. This earthquake had hit several parts of Nepal and India since morning of 25 April 2015. Which district of Nepal was the epicenter of the quake?: Lampung

Explanation: The earthquake activity in the seismically active Himalayan region is due to the movement of the two tectonic plates-Indian and Eurasian plates, Thus the  Epicenter Lamjung has experience the earthquake around 11.46 AM, which is at distance of 77 km from Nepal capital Kathmandu. The depth of this earthquake was nearly 14 -15 km below Earth’s surface. The earthquake was of 7.9 magnitude on the Richter scale.
